Melrose Place actress Amy Locane-Bovenizer was found 'giggling' following a fatal car accident last year, a court heard yesterday.
Amy Locane-Bovenizer was driving drunk on Cherry Hill Road in Montgomery, N.J. June 27, 2010 when she struck Fred and Helene Seeman’s car as it was turning into a driveway, police say. “She said we were being overly dramatic,” Montgomery police officer William Wilkes said in court Monday as he recalled the aftermath of a fatal crash on June 27, 2010, on Cherry Hill Road in the township.
Locane-Bovenizer is charged with aggravated manslaughter stemming from the death of 60-year-old Helene Seeman. The hearing is taking place to allow the judge to determine whether statements the defendant made to police after the crash are admissible at trial.
